Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Standard shipping time by our delivery partners are shipped in 3-5 days

At the moment Roulette New York only ships in the USA

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- Returned to in original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition within 10 days. Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return is made within 10 days of the return we will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. Also, if you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to refund policy.

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package.Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

1. **Washing:**

- Turn the t-shirt inside out to protect the graphic print.

- Use cold water to wash to prevent fading and shrinking.

- Select a gentle cycle on your washing machine or hand wash to minimize wear.

2. **Detergent:**

- Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach or detergents with harsh chemicals that can damage the fabric and graphic.

- For stubborn stains, pre-treat with a gentle stain remover.

3. **Drying:**

- Air dry your t-shirt by laying it flat on a clean towel or hanging it up. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading.

- If using a dryer, choose a low heat setting to minimize shrinkage and damage to the print.

4. **Ironing:**

- Turn the t-shirt inside out and use a low heat setting on your iron.

- Avoid ironing directly on the graphic print. Place a thin cloth over the area if ironing is necessary.

5. **Storage:**

- Store your t-shirts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.

- Fold them neatly to avoid stretching. If hanging, use padded hangers to maintain the shape of the t-shirt.

6. **Additional Tips:**

- Avoid using fabric softeners as they can break down the fibers over time.

- Wash vintage t-shirts with similar colors to prevent color bleeding.

- Avoid dry cleaning as the chemicals can be harsh on vintage fabrics.
